Part time help for my 10 mo old

We're the Morrows! A family of 5. Two 8 years Olds and our son is 10 months old.
I'm needing someone with a flexible schedule because I'll be substituting so my days and times will vary. I would love a regular and consistent sitter to watch our 10 month old and build a bond with him.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets

- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
