Hello! My name is Lidia and I'm a full-time college student and my husband is a field service engineer. We are a family of five with three girls. We have a 14 yr old, who is very quirky and artistic. The middle girl, a 12 yr old, is shy but passionate about cats and engrossed in the "Wings of Fire" series. Our youngest, a 11 yr old, is very loving and silly. Despite an intellectual disability, she displays social awareness and good communication skills.

With mine and my husband’s crazy work and school schedules, and only one car, I’m looking for help on my husband's workdays getting our two oldest daughters (12 and 14 years old) to and from school.

The current schedule for pick-up and drop-off for the girls: The hours are every Thursday, Friday and every other Wednesday. It's morning and evening pick-up/drop-off at my daughter's middle school and then my oldest daughter's high school.

We live in south-central Austin (290 and Menchaca), the middle school is 10 minutes from our apartment (east oak hill right off of 290) and the high school is 15-20 minutes from the middle school (downtown/old west Austin). It takes us about 30-40 minutes to do the morning drop-off and 30-45 minutes to do the pick-up and driving back home. Morning pick-up from our apartment complex is at 7:30 am and in the evening, pick-up is at 5 pm except for Thursdays. Our oldest recently joined an after-school club on Thursdays that lasts until 6 pm. So, on Thursdays we've been starting the middle school pick-up at the middle school at 5:40 pm which puts us at the high school around 6 pm.

Ideally, we would prefer a candidate that has a reliable vehicle, clean driving record and is able to consistently work every week of the current school year. We are offering $20 per hour plus pay for mileage for the duration of the rides.
