We are a family of four. Dad works in tech, mom is in school full time, we have a 6 year old daughter in first grade and a two year old son in nursery school.
We need a babysitter for back-up care, largely associated with our two year’s school. The school has several holidays a month, typically Fridays. They also unfortunately have a sick policy where they will send home a child with any cold symptoms, including just a runny nose. While we would ALWAYS have a parent at home for any fevers, vomiting, covid, flu, etc., it is proving completely unfeasible to cover every day with runny nose. We are looking for someone who can help with this.
We are in Reading, so someone nearby would be best. Dad in family works from home, so please no applications asking if you can bring your own child along, as this isn’t workable for him. Please note that all applications will be initially reviewed and applicants contacted by maternal grandmother Judy, due to time constraints. Please also note we have two friendly cats, so not great for those with allergies.
