We have four busy children and we would like to have someone we can count on for occasional date nights as well as occasional times to help one parent if the other needs to work late or travel for work. In that situation it would be helping one parent manage afternoon and bedtime routines.

Date nights wouldn’t necessarily be all 4 kids but occasional weekends for a couple hours in the evening so that we could go to dinner.
Occasionally I have nights I need work late or travel for work. We would benefit from some help in the afternoon/evening to help my partner get the children settled in their routines/bed.
