Evening Babysitter for one full of life toddler

My daughter is 3 years old and only child and I work overnights looking for a babysitter to watch my daughter a for few hours at night until her grandfather gets home.
Requirements would include bathtime , bedtime, help with potty training, meal prep, light housekeeping.
