Afternoon care for loving 5 year old boy

In search of a reliable, loving person to be with our son Johnny in the afternoons after kindergarten. He is an only child and has autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. He is loving, funny and creative and we are a loving family. He has had some challenging transitions so we need a person who will be reliable and stable.
Pick him up from school (10 minute walk from our house), do afternoon activities, drive him to OT or other therapies, go to library or other local activities. Experience with children with ASD / ADHD is preferred.
We live in Arlington and are looking for 2-6 Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri and 12:30 to 6 on Wed (early release from school).
