We are a loving family of four. Our 11-month-old daughter is full of energy and loves music, dancing, and movement. Our creative six-year-old son enjoys math, adventures, and exploring new ideas. As a family, we value authenticity, connection, and learning together. We strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth for everyone, with a focus on mindfulness, presence, and open communication.
We’re looking for a calm, nurturing individual with childcare experience to care for our 11-month-old daughter, with occasional care for our six-year-old son. The role starts at 15/20 hours a week, with room to grow. We value mindfulness, healthy boundaries, and presence. Familiarity with mindfulness practices and nonviolent communication is a plus. CPR certification and reliable transportation are required. Care will take place in our home in La Costa.
We are located in La Costa, Carlsbad, near Stagecoach Park, within walking distance to both the park and a lovely greenbelt. The schedule is flexible, but we’re ideally looking for someone to help 5-6 hours a day, across 3 days per week. We are open to different days but require availability on Fridays.
