Our four-year-old kid is autistic spectrum with pathological demand avoidance. He’s too young to diagnose ADHD, but it’s there. He’s exceptionally bright and a delightful weirdo. He masks very well until he trusts you. We are in need of occasional babysitting/nanny. That could be a couple hours to all day. Times range from early morning to evening as work schedules change. He has a one year-old sister, but if she is home, a parent is home as well. You’d never be expected to care for both children at the same time alone. Sometimes you may be asked to Tagg team and switch to the baby care while the parent steps in for specific needs.
