Afternoon and sometimes all day sitter needed. I am looking for an after school sitter for my 9 yo son. We live in the Carver neighborhood near VCU/VUU. We currently have an amazing sitter but her school schedule does not accomodate all days. Pickup and after school time is 240 and needs last into the evening. Ideally we could find someone who is available during the day when school is closed or during breaks etc. My son is autistic and needs constant supervision and help with all activities like eating, using the bathroom and dressing. He has behaviors that are not typical and our sitter needs to be okay with that and willing to respond appropriately. We are happy to train. He is truly fun to be around and he is generally happy if you can blow bubbles, share snacks and listen to music! He has an older brother who sometimes needs a ride from the bus stop. CPR is preferred and references are required. Pay is 20/hour.
