I am looking for attendant care for my 30 yr old daughter with Fragile X
. The responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, toileting, preparing meals, light household duties the support her and also provide transportation to her day program three days a week . The hours would be split am and pm for 3 days and then 8 hours for the remaining days Taking her into the community and keeping her active.
Looking for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, kind and caring. , must be comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Looking for English speaking.
The pay is the current medicaid rate of $17.62 per hour.
