21-Year-Grandson with Severe Autism, IQ of 4-yr-old, Nearly Nonverbal, and Intermittent Explosive Disorder

Hi. I am a 64-year-old grandfather, raising my grandson, Destin, 21-year-old with Severe Autism, IQ of a 4-year-old. nearly nonverbal, can say about 10 words, uses speaking tablet, and has Intermittent Explosive Disorder.
Looking for provider to work with Destin on ABA, Speech, Occupational Therapy and Recreational Therapy, and taking Destin into community to learn how to act appropriately around others. Destin likes to take soda, chips, snacks from others, so looking for someone to help Destin learn correct way to act in the community. Destin responds better to males than females.
Could be college student pursuing a career working with Special Needs.
Also looking for a female, age 20-35, to teach Destin to country western dance as physical activity to keep him healthy. Destin likes dancing, is not real interested in dancing with his grandfather. I can be present while you teach Destin to dance at a country western facility, or other location. We live in Sherman, TX.
