I'm looking for a caregiver for me for one day a week (about 3-6 hours). I don't know if you've heard of CGL, but it stands for caregiver little. It's a platonic situation where the “little” doesn't have to be an adult as much when the caregiver is around. To be frank, I'm interested in trying something like this because the stresses of adult life, SAC classes, and work can be too much sometimes.

What would this entail? For me, I'd probably make a schedule beforehand that we could stick to for your shift. For example, you could come around 11 am/noon. We'd make sure I did my morning routine before cooking lunch together. Activities could include coloring, painting, swimming, taking a walk, putting away laundry together, going out to a museum, etc. Basically, I need someone who I don't have to be an adult around for a few hours.
