At age 26 our middle son came back to us with severe challenges and when we took him to the DR he was found to have schizophrenia. He is actively taking medicine but we are really struggling with inhome help to keep him active and engaged. He has to be told to do EVERYTHING. Take a shower, brush your teeth, eat lunch. We are having a hard time keeping him busy so he doesnt sleep all the time. All he wants to do is sleep. It would be great to have some help since both me and his father work full time to keep him busy and find a way that he can socialize and engage in life. He is really depressed and is not interested in 99.9% of what we suggest for him to do. Its a real struggle.
