Physically disabled child

I need someone who can start at two days a week, and come to hang with my almost 7 yr old daughter while I work, and possibly pick up my son from school. She would need help walking to and from the bathroom, lunch and snacks made for her, giving her meds, And some assistance with her online schooling.
