Needing a caregiver with special needs experience to mainly watch our petite 7yr old daughter Autumn while mom and dad have a night out once every other week. Autumn has two older sisters that are ages 15 and 12. Her older siblings do not require any special assistance. Autumn is wheelchair bound, has her own bedroom, playroom, and bathroom. She is non-verbal, feeds through a G-tube, and will require diaper changes as needed. Siblings can also assist if needed. Main duty will be spending time with Autumn, prepare medication, g-tube feedings, bathing, changing, and preparing Autumn for bedtime. You will be doing light housekeeping within Autumn's bedroom only. CPR and First Aid required. Nursing experience preferred but not required.
