We are seeking a permanent position for a companion/caregiver for our adult daughter with special needs. She is totally blind, has partial paralysis on her right side, and has a mental capacity of an 8 year old. She has a wonderful personality, loves music, stories and is very social. We need a companion that can take her for walks around the neighborhood, shopping at a grocery store, cook simple recipes, simple chores, establish an excercise routine, listen to music, and read books. Individual should be English speaking, a licensed driver, have their own transportation, and high energy. Hours are flexible, but would like someone from about 9 AM - 6 PM 3 days a week. Possible evening once a week. Services paid by CLASS (Community Living Assisted Services).
