Pre-Teen with Autism needs Babysitting

I have a little sister that is 12 years old and she needs daily babysitting by someone who knows how to deal with any situation that gets thrown at them. Daily care is needed, only Monday-Friday preferably after summer school (should be 3 days a week for 2 hours a day that she has summer school) and for the other days morning-evening. I am just looking around right now.. my mom needs a lot of help.
