Location: Denton, TX 76210
Schedule: 4 days per week, 4–5 hours per day (mornings preferred)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($30 to $35 per hour)
We are seeking a reliable, kind, and experienced caregiver to support 36 year old Michael. He is mobile and physically healthy but requires daily living support. He lives with his mother, Celia, who is his primary caregiver and is seeking part-time assistance.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily hygiene: dressing, bathing, brushing teeth
• Provide gentle and patient communication; Michael uses a few signs but has limited verbal ability
• Monitor Michael’s comfort and support him in times of frustration (he may get agitated when unwell, but is not overly aggressive)
• Assist with light household tasks: tidying up Michael’s space & kitchen
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and structured routine that includes daily walk in the community- at malls…heat & cut up his lunch…watch sports & funny movies with after
