Jenn, my 24 yr old daughter, has Atypical Rett syndrome and Cerebral Palsy; she requires full help for all life functions from eating, to hygiene, to bathing, is non-verbal and non-mobile. Jenn is very sweet and a very happy young adult but is 100% dependent upon others to take care of her most basic needs. We currently have one Attendant caregiver who works part time but calls out quite a bit, leaving my wife with very little ability to plan errands or even time for herself while I work full time at Apple.
