Looking for AS NEEDED in home assistance for my parents. They reside in my home but have their own bedroom. Must be comfortable with dogs! Father is a 74-year-old Stroke Survivor, Left side Paralyzed so mainly bed/recliner bound, so care is minimal. He does have some cognitive delays, but can speak and convey wants and needs. Food prep, readjustments, possible assist for mother in brief changes. Would only be needed in situations when I have to be away for an extended time. My mother has a few health issues as well so just having someone on site is the main need to assure things are taken care of. The time may consist of nothing but being present. You will have flexibility to read, study, watch videos on your phone, etc as long as you are able to help when needed! :) We utilize a Hoyer lift for my dad. (Pay is somewhat flexible defendant on your experience and the duties you will perform. I am also willing to pay a bit more for any longer care or more "needy" shifts.
