Special needs daughter has Down syndrome

Our daughter needs help in the bathroom areas. She is fairly independent but cannot cook for herself. She can get herself dressed and undressed if she she cooperative. She has sleep apnea & is difficult in the mornings when she doesn’t get enough sleep.
