Need a Nanny/Caregiver

My wife has Stage 4 Cancer and needs immediate attention since the cancer has spread. She needs assistance to walk, bathe, change the sheets on the bed, feeding, and other things. Someone to sit down and speak to throughout the day.
We also have three small children that need to be taken care of throughout the day as well. There ages are 4, 3, and 1.
