We're searching for a nanny to watch a 2.5yr old and a newborn we're expecting later in summer. We're flexible on start date. We need full time care starting no later than January 2025, though we would be willing to start as early as August (we'll be on parental leave through December).

We both work from home and are able to lend a quick hand if necessary at points throughout the day. We have an awesome toddler, that turns 3 years old in January. He was managed Hydrocephalus and mild spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, which mostly affects his legs. He's mostly mobile with a posterior walker and AFOs, and starting to take independent steps.

We'd love to find someone with experience in physical or occupational therapy that could help weave his home physical therapy program into day to day play.
