Liam is a mirical. He was born 13 weeks premature. He is developmentally delayed about 4 months behind. So he is as of today 1yr and 1 month and is at mile stones of an 8month old. He is non verbal. Lots of sounds. He can be kinds mean because he gets frustrated He can't communicate. But is a sweet baby 89% of the time. It can be discussed more in depth in person.
