Reliable experienced baby sitter

Looking for a baby sitter for my 6 yr old daughter that is autistic nonverbal and also has cerebral palsy mild form can walk and is independent that is able too take her to and from school while I work 7am-3:15pm my daughter has school from 9am-3:15pm (drop off is at 8:30pm) and also watch her for the days she does not have school and for summer durning the week
