Independent adult patient with spastic cerebral palsy and spina bifida needs help in 3 mornings and 1 evening per week. Patient needs help with diaper changes, bathing, dressing, feeding, meal preparation, errands, shopping, housekeeping and some limited mobility assistance. There is no lifting. His spasticity is the most significant barrier to self-care. This patient has a very friendly professionally trained service dog. Applicants must not be afraid of dogs and willing to assist with dog care. Assistance needed from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m, 2 - 3 days per week. Days are flexible and can be arranged around the caregiver’s schedule. MUST be available by 8 a.m.
