Needs are for a nurse/care giver for a 75 year old woman that had LVAD surgery on September 3, was admitted to a rehab center on 10/10/2024 and has been working on physical therapy due to weakness in her left leg. Recently found out that there are pinched nerves in her back that are causing her issues. Waiting to see Doctor/Specialist on January 17 to determine if there is any information to help her condition. She currently needs assistance to stand and walk with a walker. limited to about 20 steps at a time now but making improvements. Has control over bladder and bowels but needs frequent adult brief changes and cleaning due to weakness and not having the strength to use a bedside comode yet.
