Special Needs Caregiver Needed in New York Mills, NY

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver for our 27-year-old daughter with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities and be able to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. She is non-behavioral and a delightful young lady.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Administer medications and follow care plans
Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Engage in recreational and social activities
Maintain a clean and organized living space
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications:

Previous experience in caregiving or related field
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Schedule:

Full-time/Part-time (please specify)
Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Compensation:
20.00/hr to start
