Babysitter for 9.5 year old boy who is on the spectrum of autism

I am looking for a care giver who can assist me with my son who is 9.5 years old. He is on the spectrum of autism and has a speech delay, but is verbal. would be needed for taking to activities, fun things and play at the park occassional.
