My 19 year-old daughter G has ADD, anxiety, and mild developmental delay. G is very sweet and fun to be with! She needs frequent guidance and interaction, and I need to spend more hours at work. We are looking for someone who could come to our home a couple of afternoons/evenings per week and:
- Provide a few hours of companionship and/or activities for G. (She especially likes art and baking!)
- Help G with day-to-day tasks such as organizing her things, understanding directions for her college assignments, planning a schedule, filling out paperwork, etc.
- Help G practice her assignments from occupational therapy and other life skills tasks.
- Provide support for G when she gets frustrated/angry/upset.
- Drive G to activities or appointments (e.g. fitness class or support group)
- Help Mom with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweep, vacuum, etc.)
Applicants should be at least 21 years old.
