In search of a Nanny or Sitter that can be reliable and dependable for me to be able to work at night. It would be a couple nights during the week and then every other weekend. The weekend hours would go pretty late but I do have a spare bedroom that would be available if you would rather stay the night. I would like to get someone who would like to do it long term since change can be hard on kids with Autism. I also have 3 dogs but they are very friendly. Pay determination based on background and experience.
