Backup care for 12 year old girl

C is a sweet and cuddly disabled 12 year old. She is in a stroller / wheelchair but loves to scoot around, listen to books, and watch Curious George. She had her development delay due to a genetic disease and acts more like a happy toddler. We are looking for someone that can supplement our existing in home care for a few shifts a week.
