We are a loving family seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced live-in nanny to provide dedicated care for our wonderful 5-year-old child who is autistic. Our child is bright, curious, and full of energy, with unique strengths and needs. We are looking for someone who understands neurodiversity and can create a supportive and structured environment to help them thrive.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care tailored to the child's sensory and emotional needs
Engage in structured and unstructured play that supports learning and development
Assist with daily routines, including meals, dressing, and personal care
Use positive reinforcement and gentle redirection techniques
Foster communication skills through verbal and non-verbal methods (e.g., visuals, PECS, AAC if applicable)
Encourage social interactions in a patient and understanding manner
Collaborate with parents and therapists to maintain consistency in care
Ensure a safe, calm, and structured environment
