Needing a sitter

Need a sitter to sit and assist with special needs child who is 11 years old. He will need help with toileting, preparing meals, getting clothes and shoes on. Sitter will also have to administer medications through gtube (feeding tube). Sitter can take him to parks, amusement parks etc.
when school starts need sitter to be able to take him to school and pick him up
