We are a loving family seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to care for our 12-year-old child with autism during the summer months while parent is working from home. Our child enjoys walks, science, reading, and baking. We are looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Qualifications and Responsibilities: -Provide attentive and personalized care for our child -Assist with daily routines, including meals -Engage in activities that cater to our child's interests -Implement and follow through with any behavioral plans -Previous experience working with children with autism or other special needs preferred -Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children -Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and effective manner -Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
