We are looking for a 1:1 for my amazing 6 year old son from June - August to attend summer camp with him. He has ASD and has relatively low support needs. We are looking for this person to blend in as a camp counselor and only help my son when needed. He usually needs help starting/finishing projects, may need someone to accompany him when he needs a movement break, and when participating in social elements. He is smart, sweet, verbal, no major behavior issues and incredibly funny!

Often times, he may need no support at all and other times you may need to jump in. The right person will be neurodiverse-affirming and will be able to know when to support/jump in and when to give him some space and let him do things independently. We do not have any safety concerns and he does not elope.

EXTREMELY generous pay for the right person. Serious inquiries only. Two different camps would be June - August (with 2 week break - 1 week in July and 1 week in August) located in Waltham, MA and Peabody, MA. Some weeks would be 8:30-3pm; other weeks would be 9am-12pm (5 days per week). Start date: June 23.
