Seeking assistance for almost 92-year-old father with Dementia. He needs help getting out of bed in the Morning.
He needs someone walking with him as he walks with his walker to ensure he does not fall. From bedroom to bathroom.
He needs assistance in the bathroom with getting cleaned up from the night before. Off with the old depends and on with the new one.
He needs assistance with getting dressed especially changing pants from nighttime attire to daytime attire.
He needs mental reminders / verbal commands and then he will do the job task for bathroom hygiene such as:
Washing his face, combing his hair and washing his hands.
He needs someone to walk with him & his walker from the bathroom to dining room chair.
Prepare his breakfast & make sure he eats his breakfast.
He needs someone to administer his meds.
He needs someone walking with him as he walks with his walker from Dining Room to Living room/TV Chair.
