Caregiver for Child with Cerebral Palsy and Complex Medical Needs

- $15.40 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and consistent caregiver to provide essential support to our child whom receives services on the Kansas IDD/HCBS Waiver. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for children with cerebral palsy and complex medical needs, ensuring, a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Care to be held in home and community.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Assist with mobility and transportation
Administer medications
Monitor and document the child's health status, behaviors, and any changes in condition.
Assist with meal prep and feeding
Communicate effectively with parents
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
Preferred qualifications:
CPR/First Aid Certified
Ability to work flexible hours
Previous experience with special caregiving needs
CNA or CMA preferred but open to options
Comfortable with pets.
