We are looking for a part-time and/or date night sitter for our 8 year old daughter with Autism. She is non verbal and uses a talking tablet, but also uses gesturing and pointing as well as a few words. She is independent with toileting and she doesn't have any severe behaviors. However, she does sometimes require redirection and is sensory driven towards squishy textures and water. Sitter would be expected to do light meal preparation, bed time routine if needed. I am also pregnant and would love someone who may be able to transition into helping with nanny care for the baby in the future. We also want someone who keeps great tax records and and is organized. We are also a Christian family and we do have parental boundaries with what our child can watch etc. We want someone who will respect those values.
