80 y.o. mother

My mother is 80 years old and has Alzheimer's. Cognitively, she is easy to work with, but is having trouble getting up and walking. She needs help getting on to the toilet, bathing, exercising so she can rehabilitate etcetera. Looking for care approximately 12 hours a day.
