Summer care for special needs sweetheart

Looking for summer care for an 11 year old child with Glucose Transport Deficiency (GLUT1DS)
Loves arts and crafts, going outside, or snuggling and watching movies. Would love tutoring help also.
Would need history with seizures, CPR, First Aid, etc.
Ok with dogs also, 1 in home.
