Three kids ages 6, 2, and 5 months. Looking for help during the work day (6 year old in school) and/or on weekends so we have time for chores / break time.

The kids' grandma will also be there most of the time to help.

Responsibilities include changing diapers (all 3 kids) and need to be able to lift 30 lbs.

Oldest has a rare genetic disorder (DDX3X) and physical / cognitive disabilities. Empathy for those with disabilities is extremely important to us. She is very sweet and easy-going and most of the time is happy to sit and play.

Must also be comfortable feeding via a G tube (we can train how to do so).
