Pick up and stay in

I am looking for someone to help with picking up an autistic 7 year old boy (very sweet) and put him to bed while mom is at work. Service will probably be M-F: 5pm is the pick up to 11pm when mom get back or 9pm when he is asleep.
Only requirement camera needs to always be on for mom to facilitate communication and help when needed.
