Motivated Caregiver Needed for Young Adult with Cerebral Palsy

I am looking for a reliable caregiver for my 22-year-old son. He has cerebral palsy and uses a motorized wheelchair for mobility.
Words I would use to describe my son:
- Wants to have a job soon
- Likes Marvel and sports-related movies (like Remember the Titans)
- Huge Braves and UGA fan
- Kind and tender-hearted
- Likes walks, getting out in the community and being on the go!
What we're looking for in a caregiver:
- Strong enough to transfer him with no problem (95 lbs.)
- Enjoys getting out and being active
- Willing to assist him at a future job
- Good driver
- Fun personality and a good friend
Other requirements:
- Light housekeeping
- Easy meal prep
- Full assist with showers, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Feeding
- Valid TB test and CPR/First Aid
- 2 professional references
- Background Check
- Taxes taken out
