Laureen Joseph is a stroke patient. She is bed bound and total care. She is complete right deficit. She is able to move her left arm and leg. She is fed through feeding tube twice/three times a day. She can have some food (puree) by mouth. She needs to be turned every 3hrs to prevent pressure ulcer.
