Care for special needs child with two siblings

Looking for a CNA or LPN/RN to assist with mobile special needs child and 2 siblings from time to time. This is a big responsibility and must be comfortable caring for child that is ventilator dependent. Siblings are 3 and 7 and mostly independent.
