Occasional babysitter

I am looking for an occasional babysitter who is fun, energetic, and creative. We need babysitting occasionally on the weekends for daytime activities with my older kids.
My kids are ages 8,7 (has special needs), 2, and 1.
Duties include cleaning, feeding, and playing with the kids, arts and crafts, and light housework including tidying up and folding kids laundry.
Must have own transportation
