My mother in law is an 83 year old woman who had stroke in October. She is currently in rehab, but isn't progressing quickly enough to continue insurance coverage at the rehab facility. Our family wants to bring her home, but her caregiver will be her 85 year old husband, and the closest family member lives two hours away (me). They will need help with dressing, bathing, etc. They may also need help with cooking and laundry.

We do not have a discharge date. We are trying to determine the possibility of bringing her home including the care available and costs.
