We have two daughters, ages 4 and 7. Our oldest has diagnoses of ADHD, autism, and epilepsy and although she is highly functional, most changes are difficult for her - including babysitters. We’re looking for someone who has experience with children with sensory disorders and behavioral challenges, as patience and kindness, yet structure and boundaries are essential. Also, due to her medical needs, this individual would require the confidence and experience with administering medications as prescribed, when necessary.
