We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced sitter to care for our 3-year-old daughter. She is a joyful child who loves water and engaging in sensory activities. She has a speech delay so we are looking for someone who is not only experienced with young children but also familiar with or willing to learn about specific needs.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in age-appropriate play, including sensory activities that she enjoys.
• Assist with daily routines such as naps, and potty training.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment, understanding her cues and communication methods.
• Take her to nearby safe outdoor activities.
• Use patience and creativity to support her in communication and interaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with speech delays.
• Must be patient, kind, and willing to learn about her specific needs.
• Able to commit to a consistent schedule.

Hours: Monday to Thursday (1 to 4 pm)
